Pallet Collar
Pallet collars are a durable and flexible returnable transit packaging solution. They consist of timber sides and ends joined in each corner by a galvanised steel hinge. Multiple pallet collars can be stacked in tiers on a single timber pallet to form a timber container. When not in use pallet collars can be folded flat, making optimum use of transport and storage space.
The image above shows a typical Pallet Collar design. It shows no predetermined sizes as our pallet collars can be manufactured in virtually any length or width dimension depending on the unique requirements of the application. However, the height of each individual pallet collar is restricted by the length of the hinge (150mm / 195mm / 245mm / 295mm / 390mm).
